- ►Worked abroad for several years, all over the world – implement training for instructors for Police special units in Europe, China, Afghanistan, Congo, Mexico, Togo, India, Kuwait, Vietnam, Ghana, Georgia, Egypt, etc.
►One of the first IPSC shooters in the Czech Republic, has won numerous pistol disciplines (pistol, shotgun, rifle), many medals in the Police of the Czech Republic and Municipal Police National Championships.
►Organizer of special competitions in tactical shooting (pistol, shotgun, rife), worked as a referee and coach of action and police shooting disciplines for many years, led intensive preparations of some of the best IPSC shooters on the highest international level.
►Author of many expert publications – textbooks and manuals in the area of training, guns and shooting.
►Expert publicist not only about guns, in magazines and journals.
►Examining commissioner for Professional Eligibility tests in the area of guns and shooting.
►Hunter.
►Member of the expert work group of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Czech Republic regarding the new gun legislation.

►Speak English fluently (1st and 2nd level of the STANAG English course), understands Russian.

Jaroslav Pekařík:

►After graduating, employed at the second largest Czech manufacturer of guns – 1st position: Company manager of gun sales; 2nd position: gun technology analyst for the design and development of guns; 3rd position: head of wholesale representation.
►Has been an expert publicist in the field of guns and ammunition for 12 years, most frequently for the Zbraně a Náboje magazine.
►Member of the Military History Club, hunter.
►Gun collector and sports shooter his whole life.

Bc. Carla Cizova, MBA:

►After high school, she studied administration and public finance. She then studied Senior Executive Management at Nottingham Trent University in Britain and European law and EU chairmanship at the Charles University.
►She has been a manager of national and international companies for 20 years. According to the crisis management project, she is in the green field and brown field projects.
►She has been involved with fundraising, charity, etc. her whole life.
►Sports shooting and gun collector, has a gun licence for groups A, B, C, D, E, future hunter.
► Member of the expert work group of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Czech Republic regarding the new gun legislation.

Ing. Bc. Bohumil Straka, Ph.D.:

►After high school, he studied the Technical University (field: Micro-electronics) at the Bournemouth University in England, he passed the state exams at the Brugge-Oostende University in Belgium and was granted the title of electrical engineer. He got his doctorate at the Technical University in Brno and a bachelor’s of law at the Masaryk University.
►He has been a member of the Czech Moravian hunting unit for 25 years, he is the initiator of the “Treasurer of the region” platform, which defends the interests of 600,000 organized hunters, fishermen, bee-keepers, foresters, farmers, gardeners, falconers…
►Chairman of the International Association for Falconry and the protection of Birds of Prey (IAF) administrative committee, which brings together 137 organizations from 90 countries worldwide.
►Shooter and has a gun license for groups A, B, C, D and E.
►Expert and popular publicist not only in the field of guns and hunting in magazines and journals.
►Right-wing politician, who favours civil rights, freedoms and personal responsibility over the role of state care-givers and exaggerated regulations and prohibitions of all kind.
