Po 59 dnech od podpisu prezidentem země. Po 72 dnech od naprosto finálního hlasování v Senátu Parlamentu ČR. Po cca 1 460 dnech (4 letech) neskutečně tvrdé práce naší Ligy Libe. V ČESKÉ REPUBLICE, DNE 1. 10. 2021, NABÝVÁ ÚČINNOST ZMĚNA ÚSTAVY / LISTINY ZÁKLADNÍCH PRÁV A SVOBOD, KTERÁ UMOŽŇUJE OBRANU I SE ZBRANÍ.
Jedinou světovou zemí, která takto v novodobé historii učinila, je Česká republika. Hrdou a odhodlanou zemí, která nesklonila svůj hřbet, je Česká republika. Jedinou zemí na světě, kde Ústavu změnil největší občanský odpor historie, je Česká republika.
Děkujeme ze srdce všem – petentům v počtu nad 204 000 občanů, držitelům zbrojních průkazů v počtu nad 307 000 občanů, signatářům naší evropské protestní nóty proti zákazu olova v počtu nad 1 800 000 občanů, dále pak opravdu bezpočtu moudrých politiků a také všem českým nejvyšším ústavním činitelů, kteří doslova „v jednom šiku jako jeden muž“ signovali naši petici, která byla iniciálním, základním stavebním kamenem změny Ústavy / Listiny základních práv a svobod.
Bok po boku s vámi všemi, míříme vstříc dalším výzvám – protizbraňová hysterie již nikdy „neusne“, ovšem tato může pevně počítat s naší „non-stop“ bdělostí, pohotovostí a ostražitostí. „…Ti, kdož překovají své meče v radlice, budou orat pro ty, co to neudělají…“ Česká republika a její občané a voliči, své meče nepřekovali. Nikdy tak neučiní. „…Jsme Češi! Nikdy se nevzdáme, slyšíte? Nikdy!…“

Republika Czeska to jedyny kraj na świecie, który dokonał tego we współczesnej historii. Republika Czeska to dumny i zdeterminowany kraj, który się nie ugiął. Republika Czeska to jedyny kraj na świecie, w którym Konstytucja została zmieniona na skutek największego w historii oporu obywatelskiego.
Z całego serca dziękujemy wszystkim – ponad 204 000 obywateli (sygnatariusze naszej petycji), ponad 307 000 posiadaczy pozwolenia na broń, ponad 1 800 000 sygnatariuszy naszej europejskiej noty protestacyjnej przeciwko zakazowi ołowiu, a także niezliczonym mądrym politykom i wszystkim najwyższym urzędnikom czeskim, którzy dosłownie „jak jeden mąż“ podpisali naszą petycję będącą zasadniczym fundamentem zmiany Konstytucji / Karty podstawowych praw i wolności.
Ramię w ramię stajemy z Wami wszystkimi przed kolejnymi wyzwaniami – histeria przeciwko broni już nigdy „nie zniknie“, jednak z całą pewnością może liczyć na naszą nieustanną czujność, gotowość i uwagę. „…Ci, którzy przekuli miecze na lemiesze skazani są na rządy tych, którzy tego nie zrobili…“ Republika Czeska, jej obywatele i wyborcy, nie przekuli swoich mieczy. Nigdy tego nie zrobią. „…Jesteśmy Czechami! Nigdy się nie poddamy, słyszycie? Nigdy!…“

59 days after it was signed by the country’s president. 72 days after the final vote in the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic. After about 1,460 days (4 years) of incredibly hard work of our Liga Libe. On 1 OCTOBER 2021, THE AMENDMENT TO THE CONSTITUTION / CHARTER OF FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS ALLOWING DEFENSE WITH FIREARMS SHALL COME INTO EFFECT IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC.
The Czech Republic is the only country in the world to do so in recent history. The Czech Republic is a proud and determined country that has not bent the knee. The Czech Republic is the only country in the world where the Constitution has been changed by the greatest civic resistance in history.
We would like to thank all the petitioners amounting to over 204,000 citizens, holders of firearm permits numbering over 307,000 citizens, signatories to our European protest against the ban on lead numbering over 1,800,000 citizens, as well as the countless wise politicians and all the top Czech constitutional officials, who signed our petition in unity as one man, which was the initial, fundamental building block of the amendment to the Constitution / Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms.
Side by side with all of you, we are heading out to face other challenges – anti-gun hysteria will never disappear, but it can count on our „non-stop“ watchfulness, alertness and vigilance. „… Those who reforge their swords as ploughshares will plow for those who do not…“ The Czech Republic and its citizens and voters did not reforge their swords, and they never will. „…We’re Czech! We will never give up, do you hear? Never!…“

59 Tage nach der Unterzeichnung durch den Präsidenten des Landes. 72 Tage nach der finalen Abstimmung im Senat des Parlaments der Tschechischen Republik. Nach ca. 1 460 Tagen (4 Jahren) unglaublich harter Arbeit unserer Liga Libe. IN DER TSCHECHISCHEN REPUBLIK TRITT AM 1. 10. 2021 DIE ÄNDERUNG DER VERFASSUNG / DER CHARTA DER GRUNDRECHTE UND GRUNDFREIHEITEN IN KRAFT, WELCHE DIE VERTEIDIGUNG MIT WAFFEN ERMÖGLICHT.
Das einzige Land der Welt, das dies in der modernen Geschichte getan hat, ist die Tschechische Republik. Tschechien ist ein stolzes und entschlossenes Land, das sich nicht gebeugt hat. Das einzige Land der Welt, in dem die Verfassung durch den größten bürgerlichen Widerstand in der Geschichte geändert wurde, ist die Tschechische Republik.
Wir bedanken uns herzlich bei allen – Petenten in der Anzahl von über 204 000 Bürgern, Besitzern von Waffenscheinen in der Anzahl von über 307 000 Bürgern, Unterzeichnern unserer europäischen Protestnote gegen das Bleiverbot in der Anzahl von über 1 800 000 Bürgern, weiterhin bei den unzähligen vernünftigen Politikern sowie bei allen tschechischen Obersten Verfassungsorganen, die buchstäblich „wie ein Mann“ unsere Petition unterzeichnet haben, die der anfängliche Grundbaustein der Änderung der Verfassung / der Charta der Grundrechte und Grundfreiheiten war.
Seite an Seite mit Ihnen allen stehen wir vor anderen Herausforderungen – die Antiwaffenhysterie wird nie „einschlafen“, kann jedoch fest auf unsere „ununterbrochene“ Wachsamkeit und Bereitschaft zählen. „…Diejenigen, die ihre Schwerter zu Pflugscharen schmieden, werden für diejenigen pflügen, die es nicht tun…“ Die Tschechische Republik und ihre Bürger und Wähler haben ihre Schwerter nicht umgeschmiedet. Sie werden dies niemals tun. „…Wir sind Tschechen! Wir geben nie auf, hört ihr? Niemals!…“
