Pravda o EK se uk\u00e1zala, aneb hezk\u00fd v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed d\u00e1rek pro n\u00e1s ne?
Evropsk\u00fd ombudsman vydal stanovisko, \u017ee Evropsk\u00e1 komise ve v\u011bci procesu z\u00e1kazu olova pochybila, a \u017ee se chovala „nevhodn\u011b“!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Z\u00e1kaz olova „na mok\u0159adech“, tedy vlastn\u011b v\u0161ude v de\u0161tiv\u00e9m obdob\u00ed, u\u017e byl sice schv\u00e1len, ale h\u0159\u00e1t na\u0161e v\u011bdom\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee aspo\u0148 to, \u017ee dle zasv\u011bcen\u00fdch znalc\u016f EU se st\u00e1v\u00e1 jen velmi z\u0159\u00eddka, \u017ee by Eurombudsman kritizoval EK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201c\u2026the Ombudsman considers that the Commission\u2019s request went beyond what is appropriate to promote its legitimate interest when it explicitly asked NADEG members to contact their national authorities to advocate for a positive vote on the draft Commission Regulation. In accordance with the rules governing expert groups, the role of these groups is to provide advice and expertise to the Commission. Their role does not ostensibly extend to influencing a vote in a comitology committee“.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Ombudsman further stated that such „an expert group is not the appropriate forum for the Commission to make a request such as the one that it made to NADEG members“ adding that „that the Commission\u2019s request to NADEG members was not appropriate in this case“.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
