Jako prvn\u00ed v\u00e1m p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00edme nep\u0159\u00edjemnou zpr\u00e1vu, \u017ee u\u017e je jasn\u00e9, \u017ee bohu\u017eel cel\u00e1 ta dlouh\u00e1 l\u00e9ta jsme m\u011bli pravdu – navzdory l\u017e\u00edm a pop\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed ze strany Evropsk\u00e9 komise. Chystan\u00fd kompletn\u00ed plo\u0161n\u00fd z\u00e1kaz brokov\u00e9ho i kulov\u00e9ho olov\u011bn\u00e9ho st\u0159eliva a ryb\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch ol\u016fvek i mimo mok\u0159ady jsme dokonce opakovan\u011b p\u0159esn\u011b a pravdiv\u011b p\u0159edpov\u00eddali na rok 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

P\u0159\u00edprava z\u00e1kazu postoupila nyn\u00ed do dal\u0161\u00ed f\u00e1ze – od pop\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed k dne\u0161n\u00edmu „p\u0159izn\u00e1n\u00ed“ ve form\u011b ofici\u00e1ln\u00edho „j\u00edzdn\u00edho \u0159\u00e1du“ Evropsk\u00e9 komise \u010dern\u00e9 na b\u00edl\u00e9m s kone\u010dn\u00fdm datem 2022. U\u017e to nemohli d\u00e1l \u00fapln\u011b tajit, tak v tichosti byrokrat\u00e9 poodhalili masku pokrytectv\u00ed, a dali nen\u00e1padn\u011b na web bez humbuku informace, a to pouh\u00fd t\u00fdden p\u0159ed ve\u0159ejnou online session o z\u00e1kazu olova, kter\u00e1 prob\u011bhne ji\u017e za t\u00fdden 10. 10. 2019. Z\u00e1kazu, jak b\u00fdv\u00e1 zvykem, samoz\u0159ejm\u011b bude p\u0159edch\u00e1zet fra\u0161koidn\u00ed „ve\u0159ejn\u00e1 konzultace“ s odbornou i laickou ve\u0159ejnost\u00ed, jen aby \u00fa\u0159edn\u00edci m\u011bli alibi, kter\u00e9 se m\u016f\u017ee z\u00fa\u010dastnit ka\u017ed\u00fd vypln\u011bn\u00edm formul\u00e1\u0159e do 16. 12. 2019. Lead in shot, bullets and fishing weights<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lead has been widely used for decades in hunting, sports shooting and fishing. Yet, we know that it is a toxic substance for humans and wildlife. Hunting and shooting with lead gunshot or lead bullets, or fishing with lead sinkers has toxic effects on ecosystems and can result in lead poisoning in wildlife in all habitats.
When lead gunshot falls to the ground or in water (that which doesn\u2019t hit its target), many species of waterbirds, like ducks and geese, and other birds ingest it. They get poisoned after mistaking it for food or small stones that they use to help digest food.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An estimated 5 000 tonnes of lead are released into wetlands in the EU due to hunting and sports shooting each year. These uses of lead shot are believed to result in the deaths of approximately one million waterbirds each year throughout the EU. Around 14 000 tonnes of lead shot are estimated to be dispersed into terrestrial environments per year from lead shot and lead bullets and another 2000-6000 tonnes from fishing weights in the aquatic environment. This dispersion is estimated to result in the unintentional deaths of one to two million birds each year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wildlife is further at risk as ammunition residue, in the remains of game left behind by hunters, forms another source of lead poisoning in wild animals, especially in scavengers, such as large birds of prey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
